NSUKKA DECLARATION-
Let the WORLD hear it on this 16th May 2019 that we have concluded to launch a Campaign for reinstitution of the Chemical Engineering Department of University of Nigeria, Nsukka(UNN) which was closed down after the Civil war following the overwhelming ability of the tutors and students of the department to manufacture chemical explosives which aided the Biafran Army during the civil war.
Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYO) under my new dogged leadership has taken a new responsibility focused on economic development in Igbo land. Like I said on the day of my acceptance speech when I was elected with the mandate of over 30 million Igbo youths. It is truism that my generation has forgiven those who played roles in undermining economic development in Igbo land.

Today I want to announce to the world especially the leaders at the moment of this declaration all those that will take over from May 29th and June 6th 2019, that Igbo Youths under my leadership has exalted all forgiveness within their reach. I have no apology to announce to all Igbo leaders in various leadership levels from today hence forth that mercy and forgiveness has departed from our heart. We shall not tolerate or forgive any move of treachery, betrayal, and sabotage from anyone born of a woman.

We will mount our spies from East, West, North and South, any single soul that will raise against the dredging of Urashi River in Oseakwa at Ihiala Anambra State which is only 18 nautical miles to Atlantic Ocean, Obeaku-Ndoki River in Abia State which is only 25 nautical miles to Atlantic ocean, Azumiri River at Obuaku  Abia State which is only 30 nautical miles, Ibaka River Akwa-Ibom which is 30 nautical miles to Atlantic Ocean, Calabar River which is 45 nautical miles to Atlantic Ocean, and Onne River which is 50 nautical miles.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

I stand by this overwhelming mandate of Igbo Youths stating that anything that has blood that will oppose directly or indirectly the dredging or ship to berth in the above potential Seaport/Seaport in Igbo land we will declare him or her a “Terrorist”. We must without mercy treat the person like a terrorist, with utmost believe that such person is among the cabals that has been terrorizing the economic development in Igbo land, and Nigeria at large. At this juncture, I want to start it categorically that the project of a functional seaport and economic development championing by Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYO) under my leadership has been sealed with the blood of innocent great Igbo youths  that died in Sahara desert on their route to travel to Europe.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

Such souls that died in Sahara desert lost hope in Nigeria government as a result of economic conspiracy to underdevelop Igbo land. Such souls are future scientist, industrialist, and technocrat but unfortunately they found themselves in the part of Nigeria called Igbo land were the economic situation forced them out to die. This kind of death is occurring everyday. My heart bleeds seeing were animals are feeding on the dead body of great Igbo Sons in Sahara desert. We have only one way to stop the loss of human capital flight and the death of Igbo youths who struggle to travel to Europe through Sahara desert. The way to stop this excruciating death of our youths is through economic development which will culminate in dredging Urashi Oseakwa River, Azumiri, Abuaku-Ndoki, Ibaka River Akwa-Ibom the potential seaport in Igboland, connecting Ndi Igbo to have International Airport, Railway, National Grid, and Industrial gas pipe line.

The above five cardinal point of economic development can’t be romanced or negotiated; it’s a call for implementation in its totality. Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYO) under my watch will not respect any leader in the East, North or West that dare to disrespect this our demands.
I want to inform the world that Gov. Ambode of Lagos State was not allowed for second tenure because he stated that Lagos is becoming over populated and congested, and he suggested that there is a need to open a Seaport in the East.
This open confession by Gov. Ambode was why Mr. Bola Tinubu cabals, the Yoruba and Hausa/Fulani cabals and Northern cabals denied Gov. Ambode second term bid. Let it be known that Ohanaeze Youth council is no longer just socio-cultural apex youth organization of Ndi Igbo, but today it’s an economic oriented organization to unlock ala Igbo from economic swamp conspired against us by British government with their pulpet Hausa/Fulani olichacy and the sons of Moabites the Yorubas and their chameleonistic life style.

In view of the above, Comr. Igboayaka O. Igboayaka the president general of Ohanaeze Youth Council will disrespect, humiliate and dare any man who will stand as an obstacle against Igbo economic development which was given to me by inspiration and revelation by the creator of all flesh and blood. I want to reassure all Igbo Youths that Eagle from the East has ascended on high, and it shall fly without getting fatigue. Yes we shall continue to ascend, we are the Eagle, we are unstoppable. Therefore, I urge all Igbo Youths from 18 to 45 years to actively mobilize, engage and girdle yourself to embrace this economic sensitization to regain and restore the dignity of Igbo race.
