Breaking: Rights Group Slams Buhari, Says His First Term Was Bitter

The Centre For Human Rights And Anti-Corruption Crusade (CHURAC) has said that President Muhammadu Buhari’s first term in office served Nigerians bitter pills in place of dividends of democracy he promised during his campaigns.

CHURAC, through a statement issued by Barrister Alaowei E. Cleric, its National President, on Tuesday, gave the group’s assessment of President Buhari’s first term, saying the administration failed in its three pronged areas of security, corruption and the economy.

CHURAC, which lamented the hopelessness in the land, prayed that the country would not continue in what it
