BREAKING: Go with your food and Leave our crude oil alone – Fani-Kayode tells Northerners

Former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has described the attempt by Northerners to supply food items like onions and yam to South as an arrow which will turn back to hurt them.

Fani-Kayode made this known while reacting to the blocking of trade routes to the South by foodstuff and cattle dealers across the Northern part of the country, who are stopping food item-laden trucks from going south.

On Friday, Northerners started diverting their goods and all consumables to the neigbouring countries of Niger Republic and Cameroon.

“If the north blocks food supplies to the south, the south will block the supply of oil, refined products and oil money to the North,” Fani-Kayode said in a statement published on his Facebook page on Saturday.

Speaking furthers, he said, “You touch me, I touch you! You do me, I do you! You Tarka me, I Daboh you! It’s called the law of reciprocity! Never start a dance you can’t finish!”.
