Anthony Joshua's defeat

Reno Omokri, a former Presidential adviser, has weighed in on Anthony Joshua’s fight with Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk at Tottenham Hotspur.

Ukrainian won the fight by a unanimous decision of the judges, 117-112, 116-112, and 115-113.

After his defeat, the former champion encouraged his supporters and followers to be cheerful in a post on his Instagram account.

He also extended gratitude to his London supporters.

“Keep positive even if the world’s crumbling in front of you! London, I love you and thank you each and every time!” AJ wrote.

Omokri, on the other hand, used his social media account to express his disappointment in AJ’s loss.

Anything buhari touches is failure

Omokri said with a photo of Anthony Joshua taking a selfie with President Muhammadu Buhari, “Everything Buhari touches suddenly disappears.”

Recall that the heavy weight Champion met President Muhammadu Buhari during his trip to London for the UK-Africa Investment Summit 2020.

On Saturday night at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Anthony Joshua lost all of his belts against Oleksandr Usyk.

Usyk won by unanimous decision, ending his reign as the IBF, WBA, and WBO champion.

Joshua was saved by the bell, but the Ukrainian’s quickness and technique were too much for him.

Joshua was badly damaged in the third round and ended the bout with a swelling around his right eye.

Tuchel revealed this while speaking about Harry Kane’s failed move to City this summer.

“We are not afraid of nobody. We accept any team — Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool. They are the teams strong like no others in this league.

“They have strong, strong squads. These other guys with whom you want to compete, it is normal they fight for the best players,” Tuchel said.

Chelsea travels to Tottenham Hotspur in the league this Sunday, aiming to keep their top spot on the table.
