Ajax defender, Jurrien Timber has given one condition only which he would consider moving to Manchester United.
The highly-rated defender said he would only make the move if he would become a regular at Old Trafford.
He, however, said he is undecided about the move and will let his ‘gut feeling be the deciding factor.
New Manchester United boss, Erik ten Hag is keen on signing the centre-back, and the Dutch player held talks with the Red Devils last week.
The 20-year-old Netherlands international is capable of playing at centre back and full-back.
But, with Manchester United unable to offer Champions League football or a promise of regular first-team football, Timber admitted he is unsure about the move.
“Of course, I can develop further at Ajax – I am 100 percent sure of that,” Timber said, according to Metro.
“I don’t feel like I’m done at the club. But I can also develop at other clubs
“I’ll have to think about it some more. In the end, my gut feeling will be the deciding factor.
“You can go to a big club. But if you’re not going to play there, it’s better to stay with Ajax. And Ajax is also a big club.”
