Voting for the APC Presidential Primary begins at 6 p.m. and the winner will be announced by 10 p.m

The voting to elect the party’s presidential candidate will begin at 6 p.m. today, June 7, and the results will be disclosed at 10 p.m., according to the program of activities at the APC Presidential primaries in Abuja.

According to the convention’s schedule, the national chairman of the party, Abdullahi Adamu, will make the welcome address at 3:40 p.m. Between 4:45 and 5:45 p.m., presidential candidates will be able to make their speeches.

At 5:45 p.m., President Buhari will deliver his speech. Delegates will vote from 6 to 9 p.m., with the results being announced at 10 p.m.

A total of 2,322 delegates from 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory are slated to vote. There are 1,254 delegates in the northern region and 1,068 in the southern region.

The north-west has 558 delegates, the south-west 411, the north-central 360, the north-east 336, and the south-south 372, while the south-east has 285.
