The South Africans have however failed to lay their hands on the coveted trophy having lost in all the games.

Three of the defeats came against defending champions, the Super Falcons of Nigeria, the team they will be facing in their opening game in Morocco.

South Africa Football Association (SAFA) president, Danny Jordan, and CEO Advocate Tebogo Motlanthe made the promise during their visit to the players and their officials on Tuesday.
