Christian Eriksen, a Danish midfielder, is wanted by Manchester United. They want to get him to join them before the new season starts.

After a successful comeback with Brentford in the second half of last season, it was thought that the 30-year-old would rather stay in London.

The Bees wanted Eriksen to stay, and it was thought that Tottenham Hotspur also wanted to bring him back.

But neither club has agreed on a deal yet, so United can still make an offer for the free agent.

Eriksen had a heart attack while playing at Euro 2020 last June, but he was able to get back on the field after he was given an ICD (ICD).

Inter Milan let Eriksen go because the ICD device is not allowed in Serie A. In January, Eriksen signed a six-month contract with Brentford, and manager Thomas Frank said many times that the Bees wanted to keep the former Ajax playmaker.
