Controversial content creator, Kuye Adegoke, better known as Egungun of Lagos, has welcomed his first child with his partner and fellow creator, Pashotah.
Sharing the joyous news on Instagram and microblogging platform X, Egungun delighted fans and colleagues with heartwarming maternity photos. In the images, his wife posed in a white crop top, proudly baring her baby bump.
Egungun and Pashotah, who announced that their baby is named Nala, beamed with joy as they celebrated their newest family member. In one heartwarming moment, the first-time father rested his head on his wife’s baby bump—one hand lovingly on her waist while the other held an adorable white knitted baby shoe.
Egungun proudly revealed that he had tattooed his child’s name on his hand, and he also shared a tender glimpse of the newborn in another photo.

In December 2024, Egungun of Lagos, became embroiled in a controversy when a private video of him leaked online. The footage showed Egungun brushing his teeth during a video call with an unidentified woman, during which he exposed his private parts.
Prior to the video’s circulation, his wife, Pashotah, revealed that someone was attempting to blackmail her using her husband’s private videos.
She emphasized their relationship’s foundation of trust, loyalty, and commitment.
The incident sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some criticizing Egungun’s actions as a betrayal, while others viewed it as a misinterpretation or an attempt to tarnish his image. Throughout the controversy, Egungun appeared unbothered, sharing a video of himself dancing with a woman in his living room.
