Nigerian recording artiste, Asake, whose real name is Ololade Ahmed, has reconciled with his father, Fatai Odunsi and has promised to take care of his estranged 11-year-old daughter.
It would be recalled that the 30-year-old singer-songwriter was embroiled in a feud with his family members. According to his father, Fatai Odunsi and some of his family representatives, the award-winning musician failed to take care of his dad, who is currently suffering from a partial stroke, and he has failed to be in contact with him since 2022.
Addressing the recent development, Odunsi, Asake’s father stated that the musician has responded to him.

Speaking in Yoruba, Odunsi said: “His mother ought to ask him when last he saw me.
“That was what got me angry, but we have sorted all the problems. We are no longer fighting.”
He further revealed that “Asake said he will do everything that I want. We have settled, no more problems.
“They are now looking for a new house that he will buy for me. He has settled everything.”
Asake has also agreed to take full responsibility for his 11-year-old daughter, Zeenat.
Odunsi added: “He has never denied his child, but he has now promised to take full responsibility for the child.”
